Join us for Build on the Green 2016 in Guilford on May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Volunteers will come together to build exterior walls for use in a future Habitat for Humanity house. Gather with Raise the Roof and the Shoreline community for this day of building.

Register in advance for one of four 90-minute build shifts. You can also register to help with setting up and cleaning up. Build volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and sign a waiver. Volunteers younger than 18 must have the waiver co-signed by a parent. (A link to the waiver is included in the e-mail registration confirmation.) Build slots have filled quickly this year but please check here often to see if there may have been cancellations leaving open spots. If you’d like to help but prefer not to build, there are other volunteer posts to fill that day. E-mail Raise the Roof with your hours of availability.

Come to the Guilford Green on May 21 to write your wishes and blessings or add your artwork on one of the Message Walls, which will be built into the next Raise the Roof Habitat house with all of the messages tucked into the heart of the home.
